Helpful Information To Include In Your Report:
To help our team tackle your report, be sure to provide the following information:
- Your headset model
If your controller model is different then the standard set provided with your headset, please let our team know as well. - Your platform
Are you playing on Steam, Oculus, PlayStation or Pico? - Any additional device or software you are using to play Pistol Whip
- Your version number of Pistol Whip
- Screenshots or videos
If relevant to your report, screenshots or videos of the issue you have encountered is incredibly helpful - (For PC Users) Your Player.log
Player.log is used to determine session details. In Windows Explorer, navigate to "C:\Users\[Username]\AppData\LocalLow\Cloudhead Games, Ltd_\Pistol Whip" and upload the file "Player". - (For PC Users) Your DxDiag.txt
DxDiag.txt is used to determine system configuration. Search "dxdiag" in Windows and launch the app that appears. Click "Save All Information..." and upload the file generated.
Please note, Virtual Desktop and Revive are not officially supported at this time.
